Orders for our uniform and merchandise clothing will be placed on designated dates throughout the year.
You can fill out the order form at any time, please check here to see when our next designated order date will be. Your items will be processed then.
Please note that by placing on order through our website, you are entering in to an agreement to purchase those items. You will receive an invoice to your email. Please carefully check to make sure everything is correct. On receipt of your invoice, payment should be made within 2 days to ensure processing. Late payment will result in your order being transferred to the next designated order date.

Items should arrive within 3 weeks of the designated order date subject to stock availability. In the event of a delay to your order you will be notified via email. You can collect your order during class time to avoid any additional costs.
You can return your items ( with the exception of personalised items which cannot be returned or refunded) to RESiDANCE Studios within 7 days of collection for exchange (please note additional cost may occur) or refund (refunds may take up to 28 days).
