Payment Information

Payment for children’s classes are termly on designated payment days. There are two options for paying: 



Payments are paid on or before the designated payment day in full in one instalment.


Should full payment not be possible provision can be made for ½ term payment days as follows ( this will incur a small extra charge ).


Payments are paid on or before the designated payment days in two instalments.

**If choosing option 2 please note that a Full term payment will still be required even if your child decides not to continue after the half term. An invoice will be issued for the remaining balance. 


 A 10% LATE PAYMENT FEE will be issued to anyone who does not meet the payment dates.


New children may join in mid-way through the term if there are spaces available. For more information please contact RESiDANCE Studios.

Please note that payment cannot be paid by Visa or Debit card, only cash, cheques or bank transfer.

– Classes missed by the participant cannot be refunded. 

– In the very rare occurrence that any classes are cancelled by RESiDANCE Studios they will be rescheduled or transferred to the following term. The exception to this is any classes that have to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, unfortunately can not be refunded.
